Nan and Steve Francis are former residents of San Francisco and have traveled extensively for both business and pleasure. At the end of 2005 they decided to extend their love of travel and spent the next year exploring the US and Europe in search of a new place to call home.

During that time they stayed in numerous hotel rooms, cabanas and bed and breakfasts, experiencing a wide range of services and amenities that would ultimately lead them to provide their own, unique solution for the discriminating traveler.Francis Premium Rentals is the result of their efforts: privacy, elegant surroundings, high end furnishings and a level of service they themselves have come to expect from the best of the best.
