CANCELLATIONS: A thirty (30) day notice is required for all cancellations.  Cancellations that are made thirty (30) days or more prior to the scheduled arrival will incur no penalty. Cancellations made twenty nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival will incur a penalty equal to 50% of the rental amount. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the rental amount. Changes that result in a shortened stay are subject to the same terms and conditions as the Cancellation policy above. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 

A full refund will be paid if we are able to find another tenant for the same period.
